This website is operated by MetaPet ("we," "us," "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the user or visitor. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

2. Products

MetaPet products are natural pet-care and grooming products intended for external use on healthy cats and dogs as directed on the label, unless otherwise stated. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read and follow label instructions. If your pet has a known health condition, is pregnant, or is on medication, consult your veterinarian before use. Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if irritation occurs.

We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate. Product packaging and ingredients may change; the information on the actual packaging is authoritative.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information (including pricing) at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed, for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Purchases are also governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Accuracy of Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe upon our or others' intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, to submit false information, or to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaPet and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
