Cancellation policy

This policy applies to purchase options that involve recurring billing (subscriptions) or deferred fulfillment (pre-orders and "try before you buy"). If you place a standard one-time order, our Refund Policy applies instead.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a MetaPet subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you selected (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal ships and bills on its scheduled date.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage, skip, reschedule, or update your subscription at any time from your customer account, or by emailing us at sales@metapet.care. Changes apply to future orders that have not yet been processed.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 2 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation stops all future charges and shipments; it does not retroactively refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Price Changes

If the price of a subscription changes, we will notify you in advance by email. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may cancel at any time if you do not agree.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription.

Pre-Orders & Deferred Purchases

For pre-order or "coming soon" items, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise, and the item ships on or around the estimated availability date shown at checkout. If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by contacting sales@metapet.care.
